CUP PROFILE
Fragance and aroma: Caramel, citrus grapefruit, vanilla, light floral.
Taste and after taste: Vanilla, start fruit, some chocolate, spicy, citrus acidity medium – high, medium dense body.
FERMENTATION
It is left to ferment for 3 days in closed tanks, then it is pulped, and left to ferment with mucilage for 2 more days, also in closed tanks.
DRYING
The coffee is dried in a mechanical dryer at a temperature of 37°C. Then, it is stored in a temperature-controlled warehouse at a temperature between 18°C and 19°C.
