Why Our Specialty Coffees

LOCATIONS

Our combination of curiosity, scientific rationality and obsession with coffee quality has allowed us to create unique protocols of milling and benefit for our coffees, tailored for eight distinct micro-climates located in three different mountain ranges in Colombia. Today we are the first producers to bring the Geisha, and other exotic varieties to Colombia, besides winning the Triple Crown Award at SCAA, Brewer’s Cup, Barista Champinshipand Roasters Choice awards.

Our continuous research has allowed us to generate unique fermentation processes of high quality, for highly competitive coffee as XO and Napoleon. We also work with Full Wash, Natural and Honey.

Our laboratory team with certification Q-Grader, verify and analyze all our batches, guaranteeing the quality, homogeneity and stability of our protocols and processes.

We mature our cafes with a stable, uniform and controlled temperature of 19 degrees Celsius to look for perfection.
